- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While Dr. Swain is an exceptional Doctor. His administrative staff are less than exceptional. They assumed my insurance covered a routine physical as most do in their words. So without verification they lead me to believe that I would have no co-pay. Well now I have a bill for $1700 that says otherwise. When trying to resolve this I was told it is my responsibility to know ahead of time if a procedure will be covered and that was that.
