  First thing if you have a sibling group of kids prepare to go different days as a new patient. They dont see a sibling group on the same day as new patients. This was my second child's visit and was informed to be there at report time, but if i make it by scheduled time i would still be seen. According to my phone i made it 3 min before the scheduled time. According to their time i was 3 min past the scheduled time. As a new patient you dont get the 5 min grace period (i was not informed of that). I tried explaining to them I had to walk there and by my time I had 3 min until scheduled time. Also tried to explain that their office time could be faster than the public. Asked who the Dr. was and was told it wasn't up to them to see my child. They were unwilling to listen and said I had to reschedule. From what I gather from my one visit about the Dr. is she is good. Wish I could get past the way the front office is and continue to go there.
