- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family found Karen Vandiver's office extremely professional,. I had questions about my bill and Ms. Vandiver put me in touch with her professional billing service. They were very helpful and we were able to clarify and resolve the issue with the owner of the billing service. We were seeing Ms. Vandiver who is a master therapist with many years of experience. I know that she would want to be informed of any issues in the office. We know of her integrity because we have experience it in her counseling practice and her office structure. We continue to refer friends and family to her. We have lived here all our lives and are certain that none of these groups are immune to error.
